Gramercy One launches version 8.3 of the Booker Platform

Gramercy One has launched the newest version of its cloud-based management software for spas, salons and fitness, Booker: 8.3

The business management and marketing software includes Today’s Wait List that lets the user build an interactive queue of walk-in customers willing to wait for an appointment.

With wait times, countdowns, colour coding, and booking, Today’s Wait List is designed to keep the queue moving and will send multiple text messages to a customer with updates.

For short services such as waxing, threading, or trims, users can view a calendar in five minute intervals. The new Vertical Time Interval feature lets users fit more information about shorter appointments on a calendar.

Among other features, 8.3 also includes:

Brand-level controls in Enterprise and Unlimited versions - multi-location businesses can manage the products, services, packages they offer across the board.

Sync to Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCal - employees can 'subscribe' to calendars and view them outside of Booker.

A new View Appointment page - an updated layout is designed to make all of the information about an appointment readable and easy to skim.

Automatic colour coding for group appointments - for more than one group appointment per day, users can see which clients belong to each group right on the calendar.

Enhanced appointment changes - when users try to drag and drop an appointment to another spot on the calendar, the spot will turn red if the appointment can’t be booked for that time or employee.
